Hipersockets

Hipersockets are a feature that makes it possible for z/OS systems within the same CPC to communicate over TCP/IP without the need for an OSA (Open Systems Adapter) adapter.
Hipersockets use the same protocols as OSA, but not the OSA hardware, this makes it faster than OSA as well.
